Great Service: Great Product

I had ordered on line one charger and had submitted the order. When I discovered my order ( 5 minutes later), I called and spoke to a customer service representative. He indicated that the order had already been processed and he would see what he could do. He went and found the order, changed the order and then processed my order.

It arrived within two days.

Outstanding!

Aside from terrific value and good design I have to say that the thing that I liked most about this wall charger was the length of the cord as its almost twice as long as the original from Apple. Very pleased.

I would just like to comment that I appreciated the no nonsense approach to customer service I received when 1 of the 2 chargers I bought failed after a couple of months and they offered to send a no charge replacement to me. Great job! I will be continuing to shop with you my friends and giving high recommendations to all my friends.
