Sound great as headphones, but bad for phone calls
But the whole point of this is to work just as well for phone calls, and the ones I have fail on that score. They are far, far worse than the following BT headsets Ive used very happily with my iPhone: original Jawbone Jabra JX-10, Jabra BT530. Those all do a great job picking up my voice and isolating out background noise.
But no BT headset I have ever used has ever yielded as many complaints about people not being able to hear me compared to these. Even the stock iPhone wired headphones are a HUGE step up in voice quality. Doesnt matter if I extend the "boom" or not - people have a terible time hearing me at all. For a while, I carried these for music and actually switched to another BT headset if I needed to make a call - its that bad.
Maybe I just have a bum unit, but... not recommended.

Pros: For a bluetooth headset, good sound & comfort volume & pause work as they should
Cons: People complain my voice sounds muffled or they cant hear me at all when used for phone calls
