Pros: Dead simple, side grips are excellent
Cons: Grip on top too flexible

There not too much to this auto holder. It works very well. Its a perfect form-fit for my iPhone 3GS. The grips on the sides are very good. The only negative is that I purchased this because of the clip on the top left. I use my phone in landscape mode a lot in the car and I would prefer a firmer plastic to hold the iPhone in place better when its horizontal and not vertical.

That being said, its still well worth the money.
