If you are not satisfied with an accessory product sold by the iMore Store for any reason, you may return it for a full refund (minus the original shipping costs) if returned within 60 days of delivery. There is no re-stocking fee.
For apparel (which includes hats and pins) we have a 30-day return policy providing always that the article is unworn.

Misshipped or Defective Products
If your product is defective at the time of delivery, or you received the wrong item, please email or call (866) 757-7752 with details. We will email or mail you a free UPS Return Label to use for returning the merchandise and send you out a replacement product at no cost.
Outside of the 60 day return window
If your product becomes defective after the 60 day return policy, please email or call (866) 757-7752 for warranty details. Each manufacturer offers different warranty periods (ranging from six months to lifetime) and procedures. You will be responsible for all shipping charges on warranty replacements.
Please note: Unless otherwise stated our prices are in US Dollars ($) or Canadian Dollars (CAD). Your refund, if applicable, will be made in the original currency the order was made with.
If you return a phone to us within 30 days, we must receive it back in its original condition. Phones damaged, scratched, missing accessories, are pin or password locked or have personal data on them, will be either refused or subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Phone returns shipped to us after 30 days will be refused.
